Eliza Pesuit is the Founding CEO of Global Glimpse, an innovative nonprofit that prepares the next generation of leaders through transformative travel, leadership, and global learning experiences. Under her leadership, Global Glimpse has served nearly 10,000 students across 100 public high schools and provided over $50M in partnership with leading brands including Chase, United Airlines, Expedia, Marriott, and more. She has pioneered an innovative earned revenue model that blends sliding-scale fees, cross sector partnerships, and traditional philanthropy, ensuring long-term sustainability and allowing Global Glimpse’s to expand access to life-changing travel and leadership opportunities for young people from all backgrounds.

Eliza has been recognized as a Top Woman in Travel & Hospitality, named one of 30 Nonprofit Leaders Who Will Impact the World by Causeartist, and honored as a Finalist for the Skift Idea Awards for innovation and impact in the travel industry.

Bilingual in Spanish and English, she has lived and worked across the US and Latin America and she now calls Springfield, MA home, where she lives with her husband, young daughter, and teenage stepson.
